Our Factory

At Long Life Group, we adopt full-process biological enzymatic production of Nicotinamide and NMN. At present, we have two ingredient production bases.

 

Anhui Redpoint Biotechnology Co., LTD., with annual Nicotinamid output reaching 40,000 tons, is the Nicotinamide ingredient base.

 

Jiangxi Haiwen Biotechnology Co., LTD., with annual NMN output reaching 100 tons and hopefully 5,000 tons per year in future, is the NMN ingredient base.

 

Therefore, we are now the world's largest manufacturer of Nicotinamide and NMN. What's more, our ingredient purity also ranks first in the world: NMN purity up to 99.99% and Nicotinamide purity over 99.5%.

 

What's more, our company owns advanced technologies for the production of Niacinamide and NMN.

 

For example, we  invested significantly in gene-engeneering to cultivate a number of enzymes which respectively specializes in catalyzing the conversion of  a certain reactant to a target product. And the technology is used during the whole production of Niacinamide and NMN.

 

In addition, we also take the advantage of mimicing human cell reactions to improve transformation to target ingredient.
